    Hi,
I have a website i want to make private, and im wondering whats the best solution for that.

I just want 1 user i can share with hundreds of people.

Is there any problem with logging on many times and same time on same joomla user ?

Was thinking about just using the offline site login but dont think thats an good idea?

So should i be using the login page from the template and somehow make that the front/home page.?

    regards.

You can create a special user account for “Guests” and provide that login information to those whom you choose to allow access.

This article post seems somewhat relevant to this issue –> http://forum.joomla.org/viewtopic.php?p=1417566

    Hi,

You could create a static page, on which sits only your login module. make that your home page. And make sure permissions for ALL other pages are set to registered.

Basically the same way it looks when you log into the backend 🙂
