In template listing page of JoomlArt, we customise the labels based on the start of item: NEW, HOT, POPULAR, etc… You will have to customise K2 view (layout, css) on your site to achieve that.

Could you please tell me some code to do so, it is confusing for me.

And as you can look at the attach file, showing some label types that are included in JA Healthcare, what are they how they use and how can i use it if want to? i searched but there is no any documentation for it.

Here is markup for label in typography page of JA Healthcare template:

<span class="label label-primary">Primary</span> 
<span class="label label-success">Success</span> 
<span class="label label-info">Info</span> 
<span class="label label-warning">Warning</span> 
<span class="label label-danger">Danger</span>

</div>

To use this label, you can simply add one of class above: label-primary, label-success, ... to layout view in directory: ROOT/templates/ja_healthcare/html/com_k2/ as you wish.
