Hi there,
I understood how and where to manage the home page but I do not find where to set up the subcategory and articles pages layout/template (sorry I am french and I do not see the diifference between the two words).
For example, when I click on “tRAVEL” in the magazine menu a specific page is displayed. Another one when I click on “Travel News” in the menu. And again, a different one for articles.
1 – Where can I set up these pages ?
2 – How to assign them ?

The template styles are not available in my back office when I go to travel (screenshot enclosed) !

It looks like you’re using JA Teline IV template with old JA T3v2 framework plugin. In this case, there will be one template style as you’re having now but this style will have multiple profiles (you can see them in ‘profile’ tab).

You can set different layout for different profile and based on the profile which is used in a menu item page, the article/ category page will have different layout.

PM me admin login info of your site and tell me which page and which layout you want to use, I will check it for you.
