This image in header isn’t included among source files.

I know this is not quite template question, but i’m interested in how to make that glass window effect?

Is there some tutotorial on subject, or someone can just instruct me in few simple steps. I know my way around in photoshop… just need hint for this one..

thanks… i allready came up with the solution… just lost some extra time to figure it out in photoshop…
