Hi
The message section is not a module position its the Main body section that used to display the Menu output.

To show the mainbody above the header
Open template folder/tpls/no-sidebar.php file
Find
```
  <?php $this->loadBlock('mainbody-nosidebar') ?>
```
move it above the header > http://prntscr.com/eqkui5
You can do the same for default.php file.
