I am using JA News with my JA Teline II template, and have a question about the categories. I know JA News pulls the categories it publishes from the Joomla categories, but is there a way to omit/remove certain categories. The reason I want to do this is because I don’t want to have a category for my static content.

Hi There. The way I do this was to use the ‘About Joomla’ section that came with the QuickStart package. This isn’t published on my site in JA News so I stick all my static content in there so it’s ‘hidden’ unless linked to.
