Hi doparedes07,

Optimize the order of styles and scripts is the suggestion coming from somes performance tool.

You have to put all styles to <head> and all script to the end of file, just before </body>.

But, Joomla is a CMS. It is not always sure that those rules can be applied because of extensions (components, modules, plugins).

You do not have to optimize these. This only increases small page load performance.
