can u share the url of the page where u added the image .
You can place image in the intro image section to place it in the top of content .

Hi

this is JA ACM module title , you can not image here as its module title ,but you can make customization in
/acm/feature-intro/tmpl/style-1 to add a custom image on above this container .
Or you can add a bg image on the module title . This is the module title that u can see in http://prntscr.com/b7d7qq .
PS : This needs custom work and testing
If you know the css customization or you can talk to your developer for take try on :before after css style to add image in module title class .
