February 3, 2012 at 3:42 pm #173506I would like to place the JoomShop product page in an article. Is their a config setting for this?
Also, currently my JoomShop product page only shows 4 items on 1 row, but I set my product config to 4 items/row and 20 items/page.
Is there a setting I need to change?swissa Friendswissa

</blockquote>Hi rud0lph,
My understanding is that this is only available as a commercial add-on offered by joomshopping. http://www.webdesigner-profi.de/joomla-webdesign/shop/plugins/content-plugin-insert-product.html?lang=en
Not sure I understand your second question. Could you rephrase it please?
Regards

February 3, 2012 at 5:47 pm #436800Thanks for the info on first question. I’ll take a look at the add-on. Regarding second question, my product page only shows 4 products, although I have more. I would like the page to show 20 items (4 column x 5 row grid per page). I assume there’s a config setting I have set incorrectly? Maybe it’s a category issue?

February 3, 2012 at 5:56 pm #436804Hi,
Sorry, I’m still no wiser! 😉
I don’t know how you have set up your product page within Tiris. Default with both Jshopping and Tiris template is 9 per page.
Can you either post the url so that I can see or if you are working on localhost post the url part /administrator/……….. If it is a com_jshopping link I should be able to work it out. Hopefully!

February 3, 2012 at 6:35 pm #436814I got the products working now. Some of the items were incorrectly configured, but it does bring up another issue.
When an item is selected from the products page it opens on the front page. Can I define where the product ‘details’ page opens?

Well done. If you want to change the number of items shown default you can do so at this url yourdomain/administrator/index.php?option=com_jshopping&controller=config&task=catprod
Within “List products” you can change it. Remember if you change the number of products in a row it may effect the layout/css on the template.
By opening on the front page, do you mean that you have the slideshow appearing above the product?

February 3, 2012 at 6:59 pm #436821You’re correct regarding product on the front page. Slideshow is above the product.

Can I suggest that you look at this live thread and you close this one down?
http://www.joomlart.com/forums/topic/disable-front-page-slideshow-on-cart/
It may help and as it is effectively the same issue, easier to keep it one place.
