Hello,
while JA Image Hotspot is a great, we still seem have some troubles making it smooth working. We are not able to print filled up module AND placed pointers. Neither from our website, neither from JA Imagemap demo website from Joomlart.com. Neither pointers, neither its pop-ups content.
Please advice how to proceed.

August 13, 2014 at 8:16 am #545805Hi,
Could you please update account for the first access level, since I can not view your website to check now.
August 14, 2014 at 4:35 pm #546006Dear Dead Code,
it is not working on official Joomlart demo website for JA Hotspots neither, no need to provide our website now. Tested at Firefox 30+, IE 10+.Regards,

August 15, 2014 at 7:31 am #546096Hello,
Yes, I have asked CSS team for this issue, there is a problem of HTML Printing with absolute elements.
And we need a more time for further investigation and we will fix it for upcoming version.
I have created this issue on our issue tracker system, you can check its status here
http://pm.joomlart.com/browse/JAECIMAHOT-44August 27, 2014 at 1:07 pm #547430Dear Dead Code,
thank you for your reply. Some 10+ days later, the bug still remains untouched, unresolved, not fixed. Please check on your side what is going on. It should not be a huge issue I believe… adding visibility, z-layer or few other lines of code, maybe?regards,

August 29, 2014 at 8:27 am #547630Hello,
We have other plan this week so this issue is still in queue, I will remind dev team to check it next week
<blockquote>It should not be a huge issue I believe… adding visibility, z-layer or few other lines of code, maybe?</blockquote>
Thank for your suggestion, but it is not easy in this case, since you can google with a keyword “css print absolute position”.For a quick solution, you can use Print Screen button to capture a page and save it as image, then you can print it later.
August 30, 2014 at 3:30 pm #547719Dear Dead Code,
thank you for your reply. I followed suggested Google search and these guys claim they have found a CSS solution… http://bytes.com/topic/html-css/answers/867806-absolute-positioned-html-elements-not-printingAnyway, please update as soon as the solution is available.

September 22, 2014 at 3:29 pm #550393Dear Joomlart Team,
please let us know if you are going to fix this bug or not. I am paying for developers licence couple of years, never asked for help or assistance before… but this issue has been reported on 08-06-2014 and by your own reply taken into an update process about a week later. Now, some 7 weeks later, there is no progress on its fixing.
Please, be honest and let both your kind of clients – licenced or free – know how serious you really are about your client support.
Regards,
Libor

We are sorry about late response.
This issue has been fixed some weeks ago, but somehow it never reached test team for release.I’ll PM you dev version for quick update, and ask test team to release new version asap.
