You have to create a new module position for this!

I know how to add a new module, but how to make everything nice I shifted down and where to put the new module files?

Follow the guidlines here: http://wiki.joomlart.com/wiki/JA_Template_Framework/FAQs#Creating_new_module_positions

Add that new module position and when you have done that you can update this post here with a link to your site where we can see the result and we are able to help you out further if needed.
