HI. I want remove all position at top and make a new position to put a big image at top like in the image above.

I would like Better if I put the big image as a logo . Please see the picture-

Hi
You can unpublish the JA ACM module from the header right if you do not want to show it.
The calendar is hard coded in the header.php.
To create the position of a new module kindly use this tutorial.
You can also take a look on this thread suggests that helps you to understand how the position are defined now.
