August 18, 2015 at 3:39 pm #662797Hi
I created module banner “HOME PAGE SIDEBAR” for banner “Riva” and published it only on Home page as you can see it is published in position sidebar- 1
Best way to see positions available for each page is to add suffix /?tp=1 at the end of the url

August 19, 2015 at 6:06 am #662903Hi Pavit,
I got everything fixed overnight and this morning added another set of different side banners to teh Jakarta Cocktail Week section.
Then i duplicated that and created a module called Banner Home Sidebar WL I positioned it to appear on the http://www.vivaasiamagazine.com/index.php/statistics/single-article/whisky-live1 section.
For some reason it does not appear. i have doubled checked everything and it looks fine so not sure what I have done wrong 🙁

August 19, 2015 at 7:24 am #662914Hi
You created a new template named whiskylive but assigned to it the magazine-home layout , as you can see from it’s schema it has no sidebars positions , so you will need to assign to it the magazine layout that has the sidebar position
Please check now your page
You can test every single template page adding at the end of url suffix ?tp=1 in this way you can immediatly see which positions are available for that menu item so you can easily find errors.

August 19, 2015 at 9:59 am #662936Thanks Pavit,
Ok learning from my mistakes 🙂
Pavit when I add the ?tp=1 it shows me all the positions. But what positions are the two grey X that I have marked on this screenshot? I am thinking would be nice to put something in those positions for people that are looking on a computer screen.

No positions are available there , they are out from template , so you cannot publish modules there.

Yes you can only add a background image , but this should be done adding css customized code into custom.css file, not through backend admin inteface since there are no positions available there.

August 19, 2015 at 1:33 pm #663035Thanks Pavit,
I found this solution in a post for teh custom css file
.video-page div.t3-wrapper {
background-attachment: fixed;
filter: none;
background-position: 50% 50%;
background-repeat: no-repeat;
background-size: 100% 100%;
background-image: url(../images/fundo.jpg) !important;
}Question; how do I work out what to put in place of .video-page div.t3-wrapper to have a particular image come up in all the pages of say this section http://www.vivaasiamagazine.com/index.php/statistics/single-article/jakarta-bar-club-awards
Many thanks Jim
