    1) Try add this ::

    <block name=”logo-below” type=”modules” style=”raw”>logo-below</block>

    below

    <block name=”header” type=”header”></block>

    which would bring in logo-below position in desired area

    2) Now, You can please follow this tutorial to add a module::

    http://www.joomlart.com/forums/topic/how-to-create-a-new-module-position/

    Mainly, You have to type new position name and click on apply

    No, It can be seen when you edit the specific profile under layouts tab in template parameters

    Hi Aman, i did add the code in the layout, but i don’t see the position in the module manager (when i try to add a new module)

    You will have to type it manually in the module manager. Click on the positions box and simply type it.

    You type it where is says “left” in your screenshot. Not where it is on a yellow background but in the box with the white background next to the word “Position:”

    If you really cannot work that out you could edit your templates>teline_iv>templateDetails.xm. file and add it to the list as per below in red.

    <position>syndicate</position>
    <position>debug</position>
    <position>logo-below</position>
    </positions>

    But typing it in is much less hassle.

    hi, if i wated to add anothe block on the right of position logo-below, what would i do? i went into the templatedetails.xml and put another block and it looks like this below:

    <position>syndicate</position>
    <position>debug</position>
    <position>logo-below</position>
    <position>logo-below-r</position>

    but when i put a module there on logo-below-r, it appear under the original logo-below. any help would be appreciated.

    As per your need, You can change the code suggested earlier::

    <block name=”logo-below” type=”modules” style=”raw”>logo-below</block>

    to

    <block name=”logo-below” type=”spotlight”>logo-belowl,logo-belowr</block>

    Now, You can update two module positions::

    logo-belowl and logo-belowr
