Hi
Go to Menu > Main menu > Home > metadata Tab and remove the description and keywords .
If you are using quickstart package in that case menu item will be Magazine .

Metadata is removed , you only need to remove the Page title : http://prntscr.com/d13uny
Remove it or replace it with your own title , save and check .
