    Dear Members,

    Looking towards the problems faced by users in submitting Premium Support Tickets, the JA forums have been modified to provide easy creation of support tickets. Step by step screenshot based guide is provided below, please go through the same and make maximum use of it. Also read the important instructions at the bottom.

    1. Create new thread and follow the above mentioned steps.


    2. This is how your new thread will look like, with login info visible only to JA Staff. Click on little icon as shown above to submit bug or to raise Support Ticket.

    3. Follow the guidelines as depicted in the above screenshot.

    4. If the above steps are followed, then the ticket is created and queued for support staff.


    Important Instructions :

    1. Give yourself some time and Search the forum for your problem, there are bright chances that solution has been provided.
    2. Submitting your site login info as instructed in the first screenshot, is a must. We cannot help much or solve the problem if we cant see the files / codes. Provide such details for prompt support. Non-compliance will result in delayed support.
    3. Premium Support for customization and code hacking will not be on priority.
    4. It is strongly advised to raise the support ticket only if its not answered within 24 hours in the forum. However, urgent issues be reported instantly to the support system.
