Does anyone know why the javascript “var siteurl= vartmplurl = var is RTL = ” is included in the meta header when using the JAT3 2.0 plugin?

If they were to be removed would this affect the site in any way, i have located them in the head.php file but unsure if this will compromise any other elements of the JAT3 system.

Thanks in advance for any replies, i have tried to search the forums but have been unable to find an answer.

I am experiencing an issue where an old URL is being shown (only when Siteground caching is disabled) as:

<base href=”http://www.xxx.domain.com/” />

Where is it getting this Base URL from?

Is it somewhere in JA Template or Joomla?
