I am still bit unsure as to what you need. Do you wish to refer to language for comments being entered or mainly words like disqus e.t.c ?

I don’t want to disable comments, I just don’t want all the comments that seems to be auto loaded.. that are completely unrelated to my content.

AGAIN clarifying, I do not want to disable comments, I just don’t want all the comments that auto loaded.

See here what I am talking about.. the comments on the article just appeared after I installed the teline III theme.
