I’ve tried removing the creation date/modified date from my K2 articles, but it stubbornly stays there. I changed the inherited settings and individual settings for each article, but no change I also can’t remove the social icons: Tweet, f share, f Like, read more or Published in.
I don’t understand why neither global or local settings are changing?>:(

February 16, 2011 at 6:14 pm #377001Hi There
Well i think those icons are from JA social as those are not from K2 🙂
Go to the plugin and choose the sections where you want them to appear.Cheers
NickFebruary 17, 2011 at 5:07 pm #377189Hi Nick
Many thanks for the response. I did as suggested and it worked, aside from the “read more”, “published in” and “creation date”. I still find it odd these options are available within K2 items yet do not work, as would reasonably be expected.
Cheers

Do you mind attach an image show out what you wanted with those icons, that would be more clear.
February 18, 2011 at 2:03 pm #377376Nick,
I can see the social icons are joomla plugins; I can publish “Tweet” and “f Share” in a straight line, but when publishing “f Like” it drops out of alignment, as can be seen in the attached image. For some reason the “creation date”, “read more” and “published in” info will not hide; I’ve hidden this data in Joomla and K2 parameter without success.
