please how do i remove date and time from the product url or virtuemart or article, i have already given them menu aliases

In Global Configuration, you enable in SEO Settings

1.Search Engine Friendly URLs: YES
2.Use Apache mod_rewrite: YES
3.Add suffix to URLs : Yes or No
4. Unicode Aliases: set YES

But Apaches users only! Rename htaccess.txt to .htaccess before activating
