Kindly check the menu item blog and see if its under a menu . make it as parent menu and them Re-build the menu item from menu options .

I rebuild the menu items and you can see now that issue is gone .

I create a new topic yesterday as https://www.joomlart.com/forums/topic/post-with-id-in-url-is-not-working/ , but one is not reply and one another posted on Jun 1, 2016 but didn’t solved and handling person not reply with solution. I don’t know why it is.
