    Hi,

    I have customized JA Villadi template, it is really cool, you can view it here: http://www.myxscape.net

    Branding is very important to me, I would like to remove this: “Joomla! is Free Software released under the GNU/GPL License”

    It is showing at the footer of the page. I couldn’t find it anywhere on the source files, what should I do to remove it, sorry if this sounds silly I am just a beginner. I would really appreciate your help.

    Hi Alashram,

    You can change it in footer.php

    Kind Regards,

    Hi,

    Thank you, I found the code:

    <br /><?php echo $_VERSION->URL; ?>

    I removed it and it worked, thanks 🙂

    Even after removing that code the footer is not getting edited.

    We need to edit footer.php which is in the template directory right?

    Kindly reply to this request. We bought the membership to develop this template only. Or is there any better way to get your service than posting in this forum?
