Hi

It belongs to the main navigation of this template and we set the white background for the whole navigation

nav#t3-mainnav {
background:#fff;
border-bottom: solid 1px #d5d5d5;
height: 50px;
}

You can override this rule by copying into the file: /templates/ja_fubix/css/custom.css and change to your own background color then
