Hi,

I purchased a copyright removal for JA Appolio. I received the pdf doc with information how to remove, it worked. But the bootstrap copyright still exists. Screenshot: http://awesomescreenshot.com/0a623gbh09

How am I able to remove this information?

You can check all the available positions going to Extensions >> Template Manager >> JA_Appolio – Default >> Layout Tab

Regarding the style take a look at this USERGUIDE

I think that he means the typography for the template. It took me a while to find it for this one because you have to search pretty hard on your demo site to find it. Maybe it would be a good idea to link this and make it obvious in the template documentations.
