hi,

how can i remove the “Design by Jomlart” Part?

You remove it by way :
open footer.php file in templates/ja_mageia folder , find code line :

with code of footer.php same above i think that it is deleted , you try delete cache and cookie and ctr + F5 to refesh your site !
