I checked site and found you have made a spell mistake to create custom,css file You added file with name costom.css . it should be custom,css >>> http://prntscr.com/6ayeo2

corrected it on your site now and code is working on front end .

I also you using Joomla 3.4 n your site JA Template is currently not compatible with Joomla 3.4 .
Please wait for template official update for Joomla 3.4 .
I suggest you to use Joomla 3.3 backup file of your site as There is possibility to produce errors due to incompatibility .

Always take backup of your site before Joomla/template update .
