    I need some help in how to remove the ‘you are here:’ and ‘top’ text on this template. Also need to remove the entire space it creates. I have deleted every instance of ‘breadcrumbs’ in the css, language files, and have removed the breadcrumbs module. I am not too familiar with this type of template that doesn’t have a typical index.php page

    I have attached a screenshot in case there is any confusion

    Thank you much!

    Hi

    Sorry for the delay in our reply

    To remove the breadcrumbs you can edit the default layout in this way

    Go to Template manager Edit Style –> In the Layouts Tab ( on the right ) edit your Default layout at the bottom you will see

    <blocks name="bottom" style="xhtml">
    <block name="breadcrums" type="navhelper" main-inner="1"></block>
    <block name="content-bot1" type="modules">user7</block>
    <block name="content-bot2" type="modules" style="raw">user8</block>
    <block name="botsl" type="spotlight" special="left" specialwidth="54" main-inner="1">user9,user10,user11</block>
    <block name="footer" type="footer" main-inner="1"></block>
    </blocks>

    Delete the block line marked Red and save your layout then refresh your frontend page.

    Hope that can help
