The reference to edit this text can be found in the below mentioned two files. Please try to change the same to your language and let us know if it helps.

1. templates/ja_raite/index.php on line 192

2. templates/ja_raite/en-GB.tpl_ja_raite.ini << use this path to search for the file, incase you have uploaded the template via ftp. If the template has been installed using Joomla Install / Uninstall option. Then the path of this language file would be at >> /administrator/language/en-GB/en-GB.tpl_ja_raite.ini
