The difficulty is that after changing the thread status to “problem” on 3/28, I had not received a response on 4/9, whereas previously I had received responses promptly from a support staff member. I am not complaining per se, just want to understand how I can best communicate with the Joomlart support team… it looks to me that the status change is cosmetic only, and does not bump it back into the support queue. If closed forum threads are not likely to be looked at when reopened, I would want to raise a support ticket instead moving forward, even if the exchange might be useful to another Joomla user browsing the forums.
