Hello

Open this file /templates/ja_healthcare/acm/video/tmpl/style-1.php

and change from :
```
case 'youtube':
?>
<img alt="" src="http://img.youtube.com/vi/<?php echo $video_link; ?>/maxresdefault.jpg" />
```
TO :
```
case 'youtube': ?> <img alt="" src="[http://img.youtube.com/vi/](http://img.youtube.com/vi/)<?php echo $video_link; ?>/0.jpg" />
```
