Hi there

I’m trying to replace the Helio template JA Menu with a Juga Menu.

Because i have two levels of access for logged in members

Can anyone offer any insites?

I think you have to change a lot of code.
Alternatively, please take into consideration to post your requirements on Joomlancers.com to find a talent freelancer for your project.
