I need to change the width of right1 about 10px larger and reduce the right2 position by this amount. I have tried to find someone to edit it from the backed in template layout, or a file through ftp but haven’t been able to find it yet.

I was able to get the width correct by editing the default template in the layout tab, but that reduces the size of the ja-news position.

you access the template configuration => edit the Default Layout and find the following code:

<block name=”right1″ >right1</block>
<block name=”right2″>right2</block>

replace by:

<block name=”right1″ width=”20″>right1</block>
<block name=”right2″ width=”20″>right2</block>

you adjust value for the width attribute for changing the block width, you can follow to the wiki getting deep understandable http://wiki.joomlart.com/wiki/JA_T3_Framework_2/Guides#Middle_column_width
