I would like to publish the slideshow using shorter images, but if i do it a blank space is left between the slideshow and the main contents

The website was offline. Now I leave it inline for a while. The size of the slider is 690X250. For me is enough a 690×150 or 690×125

Try changing the following in template.css


element.style {
display:block;
height:250px;
overflow-x:hidden;
overflow-y:hidden;
position:relative;
width:690px;

and

#ja-topsl {
color:#FFFFFF;
height:250px;

Change the first codes, FIRST, check what it did and then change the second one.

Ensure to have a back up.
margin-bottom:25px;
