    Hi Tan,

    Can you please tell me if your issue is resolved? If it is not, then please update your site url, joomla admin access and ftp details at http://support.joomlart.com/index.php?/Tickets/Ticket/View/73362 so that I can take a look.

    Hi Tan,

    I checked your site, logged in from frontend of the site and went to edit ICT Services article under Services Menu. I have attached a screenshot of what I saw. This result is without changing any of your template settings. Can you please tell me if I am checking anything wrong or if the issue is solved?

    Yes that is the JCK Editor I was unable to get the JCE Editor to work.

    Hi Tan,

    I checked your site again. I was trying to change the editor from global config of joomla but it did not reflect on the front end or in the backend for article editing. I kept seeing the JCK editor, like in the screenshot I had sent you earlier.

    Can you please check if you change editor from joomla global config, it gets changed in for articles or not. Since it did not change at all I could not see if JCE is working or not..

    Hi Himangi,
    I managed to enabled the JCK editor but I must admit I am not entirely sure why it worked this time. What I can say I did amend the settings on the template with CSS and JSS compression tools. 🙁 but then also 🙂
