I see there are these two email templates:

Send email to Job Seeker when disapproving resume
Send email to Employer when disapproving profile

What triggers them? I see no way to “disapprove” a resume or a profile.

In the back end new resumes and profiles show up as Disapproved. I can only mark them as Approved.

Do I need to Approve them, and then Disapprove them?

Won’t that cause them to get the Approval email and then the Disapproval email?

Sorry, but I just don’t understand how this process is supposed to work.

They can be triggered by admin => Click disapprove resume/profile
You can disapprove a profile/resume in Admin => Resume/Profile listing => Click to approve icon to disapprove them.
