Hi,

In the system I can add several language emails but how can I make sure that when a person from Germany receives the german mails, a person from Greece the english mails and a person from Holland the dutch mails.

Hi,

JA Jobboard system will send email in language that user are using on the site.
That means if user are viewing Spanish page, it will check and send email in spanish if any, otherwise it will send email in default language.

Ok, I understand, but why is the system sending one message in dutch and the other in english while a person is on the dutch site.

Next to this, is does not send the message I created, it sends something else, see pictures. Or do I mis something?

Hello,
are you talking about emails sent to new registration?
in this case, system will send two emails, one from Joomla core, and one from JA Jobboard system.
Since Joomla has no option to disable this email, so to disable it, please follow solution that I posted here

Have you sorted it out? I just tried to register as Job seeker on your site in Dutch page and received 2 emails in Dutch normally.
