is it possible to set a default location and zoom level for the maps that is being displayed for each category?

Hi

I’m afraid that there is no option to set the default location right now.

For the room level, you can open the file: ROOT/templates/ja_directory/html/com_k2/directory/category.php

Look for this line of code:

$jamap = "{jamap locations='".json_encode($locations)."' map_width='100%' map_height='455' zoom='4' disable_scrollwheelzoom='1' display_scale='1' display_overview='1'}{/jamap}";

and change zoom=’4′ to your desired value.
