How do you set up the navigation up at the bottom like in the picture attached?

I think you’re better off continuing with your other thread (http://www.joomlart.com/forums/topic/navigation-at-bottomm/)
inregards to this problem as this thread is asking exactly the same thing as your other thread.

Please can the mod lock this thread as there already is a thread asking the same thing (as linked above)
