I’m talking about disabling the ja-news module, and have an ordinary frontpage. It’s possible, but how do I do it?

Is it possible to have the JA-newsflash on top of ordinary frontpage? If so, how do I edit index.php?

you can publish ja newsflash at ja-news position

Yes, but the JA-newsflash then ends up below ordinary frontpage, not on top (Which I want).

Is it possible to change order here?

Edit index.php
Search those lines:

</div>
Cut them and paste above this line :
