What is the best way to show submenus in Iphone layout? At the moment only main menu showing and directly to the articles but submenus are not operational. How can I fix that?

On iPhone layout, the main menu is showing, If you click on the word, it would re-direct you to the linked article that you configured before. If you click on the arrow where I highlighted in the attachment I attached below, it would show the submenus to choose from.
