I have a small problem with MacBook Air 11″:

When I go to contact us the page show the middle and not the top of the page.

How to force it to show the top?

I diggud a little bit more in it:

As contact “article” has not its own vertical scroll as the other articles we have the problem when we go RtL.

Actually in RtL version the browser vertical scroll works on the vertical menu rather than on the contact us “article”.

To resolve it, I think, we need to create a vertical scroll inside the contact us “article”…

This is the screenshot from my mac but i’m not sure the problem you mention.

I compared it with PC but i could not find the difference, maybe you have fixed the problem on your site?

I checked on other teammates’ MAC but they could not find the problem as you mentioned

On Mac they open and scroll-down page as normal.

Thanks, I did not close this issue as I had to go to Apple Lab in order to test it.

Actually, I was surprised that you can see all the page in a Mac 11/13 and my tests confirmed that I can not scroll vertically this page.

I am in the RtL version and the page is under the “Main menu”.

The solution should be:

1. to let “Contact us” page acts as a normal article. ie, to be above the menu.
2. to add the vertical scroll to this “Contact us” page.

otherwise the issue will continue in Apple devices.

I forgot to mention that I have MAC Pro 13 inch only, not have 11 inch. It’s hard to help you in this case. You may need to let it there 🙁

Thank you, I am surprised that you have no issue as I tested it with more than one model and with the iPad.

The idea, is you need to resolve this issue if you want to have a good RtL template, after my test/validation JA can also add this customization to the next RtL version.

I am really sorry! I scroll my page as a windows user and when I go to Mac I have to scroll it as a Mac not as a PC!

For this I have this trouble. I think no action is needed from your side.
