We did not have app to open with smartphone or tablet but if your site is working our JA templates in T3 framework has option to set your site to run with smartphone or tablet.

Do you mean something like load vBB Forum on Android device will throw message to ask if user want to use Forum App for Android ?
Yes you can do that by follow logic:
– System plugin to check user-agent if it’s mobile ( or tablet ) and which OS
– Throw notice message to ask if user want to load mobile app for that OS
– Load app via URL

We are developping an iOs/Androïd App for an festival. The App will be online soon and we want to suggest the App when the website of the festival is open with an smartphone or tablet.

Try to go to http://www.20minutes.fr with an smartphone or tablet and you’ll see an bar who suggest you to download the 20minutes App.

It’s this i want to implement for my website : http://www.supervwfest.com

i’m searching if there is an plugin for that in Joomla, i don’t want to developp it myself (too much time).

# If you don’t want to develop this plugin than you can do hacking into template or index file with same logic.
It would be simple with basic logic as mentioned in prev reply.
