I created a new menu item and choose iframe wrapper. I dont’ want to show “Main Menu” and “About Joomla”. How can I remove it?

That is done from within the module manager. Locate those modules and there is an option showing which pages you want them displayed on. Just make sure the phpbb page is deselected from the list.
