February 11, 2011 at 6:07 pm #160066I’m not able to unpublish the Explore menu, there is a lock on the Layout sub menu, I’m getting a error message “Child rows checked out.”

February 11, 2011 at 6:27 pm #376244Hi there,
do you actually open the menu item itself in Administrator backend? There you should be able to set it to unpublished.
Cheers

February 11, 2011 at 7:43 pm #376253Hmm,
i would try to go into the locked menu item (edit) and set it from the dropdown to unpublished.
The lock icon should be gone by then.
I’m not a support guy from JA but if you could provide access i could take a look and you could change pw again then. Just as an idea. No worries if not possible!Cheers

February 11, 2011 at 8:08 pm #376255I can’t edit the module either.
* Check-out failed with the following error: The user checking out does not match the user who checked out the item.
* You are not permitted to use that link to directly access that page (#467).Nick R JA JobBoardNick R

February 11, 2011 at 8:11 pm #376256Did you tried to clean your cache, log out and log in again? Maybe this could solve the user problem…

February 11, 2011 at 8:11 pm #376257I figure out. I edit the “Explore” module instead the “Layout”, and was able to unpublished.
Thanks again Nick.Nick R JA JobBoardNick R
