    Hi
All JA Extension are updated via JA Extension manager component only . You have to configure the JA Extension manager component and then update JA Extensions .
For the error 500 , we recently getting same type issue , and it seems to be from the Joomla updates .
Kindly check the 3rd party extension on your site is ready for latest Joomla or not ?
PS : if you are using Virtualmart or tcpdf component try to disable them and check . many users getting this issue due in VM after Joomla update .

    Follow this :
Go to components > JA Extension manager > Services > Joomlart updates > configure it with your JA Account username password .
Now set the update as default .

After saving click on modules in the left-hand sides > click on check for updates > update module .

    Hi
You have to use JA Extension manager component to update JA Extensions .
Also if you already updated the extension to latest version , there is no need to worry about . The notification will be be gone after some time , they were cached in Joomla .

Go to components > JA Extension manager > Services > Joomlart updates > configure it with your JA Account username password .
Now set the update as default .
After saving click on modules in the left-hand sides > click on check for updates > update module .

I checked your site and notification is gone now : http://prntscr.com/d4wx8k

    Hi
Template is not officially ready for latest Joomla .
If you want to check your site for Joomla 3.6.4 , kindly try this on localhost first ,also check all extension are working fine with Joomla 3.6.4 .

Do not play with your live site, Always take backup of site before updating Joomla .
