hi,

i have a JATC Standard Membership and would like to update the extensions and components in the template.
when i try to do this, the respond is that i don’t have access.

from the tutorials i understood that updating was not restricted and a piece of cake.

what do i do wrond?

Hello Hans,

In my experience, earlier the extensions and templates from JA were up gradable without puttin JA account info anywhere but recently I could not do it and found that I had to put my account info in Components > JA Ext Manager > Service Provider > Joomlart Updates details..

Try putting your account info and try to upgrade whatever JA extension you want to upgrade..
