Hi

You can delete the folder via ftp plugin/system/jat3 then from your backend install again the plugin

Absolutely, you need to back-up all info on your site: database, source and please send me URL of your site, FTP account and admin login via private message.

I will help you to check and upgrade T3v2 framework. But please backup your site. If there are any customizations done on the plugin, they would need to be redone again by you.

You also need to google search about how to secure your joomla site.

I will try to help you out with the framework update part.
