hi there
i?ve the automatic updates active. it shows in the update section some possible updates

it is not possible to update one of those because it says that it is a wrong extension-update!
Anyway, if you take a closer look at the picture – it shows in the path of the url-details “j16”. I asume that are updates fro the wrong joomla version…
Shouldn?t there be “j25/j3.4” or something similar?
I hope you can help us with this.
Thank you very much in advance
william

You can update Joomlart templates and extensions with it , follow Component Documentation HERE to correctly configure it

hi pavit
I tried as you said – and followed the instructions.
So far so good. when it comes to the point to upload the installation file of the template to the repository folder it says:

Fehler
Archive does not exist
Unable to find installation package

could you pls take a closer look at it? (my english is not the best…)

hi pavit
you are right – the link to update is now there – I did as you told me: I tried to update.
Result was the following error message

500 – Internal Server Error

I am sorry to bother you again – but this is to complicated for me – i don?t understand all this.
Do you have a suggestion what I should do…

last time i couldn’t update a template i installed Admin Tools from Akeeba .

Pressed Fix Permissions and then i didn’t get a 500- – internal server error anymore.

hope it helps

Hi @virtual24

This is a Joomla problem already known, please try to use one of these workarounds as showed in this post

hi there
by coincidence I found out that the upgrade is applied now. I don?t know why – but it works…
Most probably a “cache thing…”.
Thank you very much again
