October 1, 2010 at 9:39 pm #357390There were a lot of changes made from 1.0 so we recommend a full replacement of the template.

October 2, 2010 at 5:56 am #357424Ok, I was doing some modification… so I really want to know what files I need to change… or just to download JA Social template and paste to my server files at public_html/templates/ja_social?

October 2, 2010 at 8:04 am #357441You should be able to just change the template. What modifications were you doing? Did you make notes?

October 3, 2010 at 10:23 am #357523No, just minor modifications at css files mostly. So what to change? Download template only and copy/paste?

First thing to do is use a tool such as winmerge (google it) to compare the original 1.0 css files and your edits. In just a few seconds you will be able to work out all your edits so now make notes. Then fully upgrade your template and all extensions. Test everything works then re-apply your modifications.
