I need to use the same main menu arrangement that is on the home page (meaning logo at the top centered, and then menu structure underneath) and ALL internal pages. How can this be achieved?

You open the file: templatesja_noritelayoutsdefault.php and find the following code:

Great, this did the trick. There is a small issue however, very small, but maybe there is a very small fix as well. The menu is now in the center underneath the logo on all pages, but when you click on the various menu items to navigate from page to page, the menu appears to shift from the right side of the screen before settling into the center underneath the logo… can this be fixed? oh, may be the problem happened when the net is slowly, i checked the site on my pc, everything worked well, i could not see the issue as you said
